Festive Toy Drive & Giveaway 2026

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Pamper Shed, Bridgwater, Somerset.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. No purchase, donation or payment is necessary. Employees of The Pamper Shed and anyone directly involved in administering the draw are excluded. One entry per person. Entrants must provide accurate contact details.

3. How to enter

To enter, complete the free prize draw entry form on The Pamper Shed website during the promotional period. Participation in the charity toy drive is entirely voluntary and does not affect an entrant's chances of winning. Donating additional gifts, sharing social media posts, tagging accounts or following social media pages does not provide additional prize draw entries.

4. Opening and closing dates

The giveaway opens at 10am on Monday 26th October and closes at 8pm on Friday 27th November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. The prize

One winner will receive The Pamper Shed's Ultimate Skin Glow Experience, comprising:

• One Katherine Daniels Skin Perfecting Anti-Oxidant Facial, valued at £80.
• One Katherine Daniels Radiance & Revival Skincare Kit, RRP £73.50.
• One The Pamper Shed Christmas Pudding Candle, valued at £12.

Total retail prize value: £165.50. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or treatments at the winner's request. The facial must be booked in advance and is subject to treatment suitability and appointment availability. The facial will be available to book from 4th January 2027 and must be redeemed by 31st March 2027. A suitable Skin Defence Cream variant will be selected according to the winner's skin needs, subject to availability.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Saturday 28 November 2026. The draw will use a verifiably random computer process or be conducted under independent supervision. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided. The winner will have 14 days from the first notification to claim the prize. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact them. If the prize remains unclaimed, another winner may be selected at random.

7. Prize collection and treatment

The physical prize items will be available for collection from The Pamper Shed in Bridgwater by prior arrangement. The facial appointment will take place at The Pamper Shed. The winner will be required to complete the usual treatment consultation. If the facial is unsuitable, The Pamper Shed will discuss an appropriate alternative treatment of equivalent value.

8. Winner announcement

The winner will be contacted privately before any public announcement. Information sufficient to demonstrate that the prize has been awarded may be published or made available in accordance with applicable promotional marketing rules. Entrants may object to the publication of their details or request that the information disclosed be reduced by contacting The Pamper Shed.

9. Personal information

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner and fulfil the prize. Information will be handled in accordance with The Pamper Shed's privacy notice. Entry into the giveaway does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications. Any optional marketing consent will be collected separately and can be withdrawn.

10. Charity toy drive

The Pamper Shed is separately collecting brand-new, unwrapped toys and gifts for Help Thy Neighbour – Sedgemoor, supporting local families experiencing hardship. The collection closes at 8pm on Friday 27 November 2026. Donations may be delivered to The Pamper Shed by arrangement or sent through an online retailer. Participation in the charity appeal is entirely optional and does not influence the giveaway outcome. The giveaway prize is provided by The Pamper Shed.

11. Social media disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

12. General conditions

The promoter reserves the right to reject fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries, applying these terms fairly and consistently. The promoter will not amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway except where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, and will take reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your entry details will not be shared with Help Thy Neighbour – Sedgemoor for its own marketing purposes.
